Adequate Hydration

Try to get 2 litres of water per day

This will give:

  • Better body temperature regulation

  • Better flushing out of wastes from the body

  • Protection from the joints, tissues and spine

  • Protection from constipation

  • Better digestion

To achieve this, here are a few tips:

  • Carry a water bottle with you

  • Drink water with every meal

Reduce the caffeine:

  • Don’t have any more than 4 coffees per day

  • You sleep will be better

Reduce the energy drinks as they can lead to headaches/sleep issues/irritation/fatigue
