Adequate Hydration
Try to get 2 litres of water per day
This will give:
Better body temperature regulation
Better flushing out of wastes from the body
Protection from the joints, tissues and spine
Protection from constipation
Better digestion
To achieve this, here are a few tips:
Carry a water bottle with you
Drink water with every meal
Reduce the caffeine:
Don’t have any more than 4 coffees per day
You sleep will be better
Reduce the energy drinks as they can lead to headaches/sleep issues/irritation/fatigue
