Is There A Ban On Electricity and Gas Disconnections?

Customers having problems paying their bills cannot be disconnected during the winter months. For the coming winter period, this is from:

• 1 November 2024 to 31 March 2025, for vulnerable customers

• 9 December 2024 to 17 January 2025, for all other domestic customers
